Church Leader Development

Our mission is to train and equip believers to reach their own people with the Gospel. We do this through the Missionary in Training program.

There are about 6,500 Russians, Belarussians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, Uzbeks, and Tajiks in our Missionary in Training program. We’re using the Independent Bible Correspondence School, conferences and seminars, video resources, Christian literature, and humanitarian aid to equip them to lead with more confidence.
