We're always looking for young men and women who want to grow in their leadership and administrative skills so they can reach more young people with the Gospel in former Soviet Union. Youth leaders need a strong, biblical foundation for practical ministry. They also need to be equipped with the necessary resources for their ministry.  

So we are training and equipping Youth Leaders to spearhead outreach efforts to young people and form new small groups where they can meet, learn, experience Christ, and grow in faith.
